Service refers to the Website and the Platform, including all social platforms, content, interviews, or communications.

Each vendor is solely responsible for:
- Food safety
- Licensing and compliance
- Insurance
- Product quality
- Customer service
We assume no liability for vendor operations, consumer outcomes, disputes, or damages.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Catering Made Easy, LLC shall not be liable for any personal injury, foodborne illness, business losses, vendor disputes, or indirect or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed amounts paid directly to us for services (if applicable).
Future Paid Services Clause
The Company may, in the future, offer paid advertising, promotional placements, marketing services, or sponsored content opportunities. Any such services will be governed by separate written agreements and additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase. No paid services are currently guaranteed or implied.
