Do you provide the food?
It depends on the option you choose. Cart Rental Only means you bring the food. If you have a caterer, we work right alongside them. Or if you want us to handle everything, we'll connect you with one of our trusted catering partners — full flexibility on the type of food and the experience you want.
Can I use my own caterer?
Absolutely. We work with any caterer you bring. We handle the cart and the setup experience — your caterer handles the food. It's a smooth split that gives you total control.
What's the difference between the Standard Cart and the TV Cart?
The Standard Cart is a clean, minimal look — elegant for any event. The TV Cart adds a side-mounted screen, perfect for slideshows, photo loops, or branded content at your event.
What countertop style should I choose?
Charcuterie-Style has 6 insert openings — ideal for grazing boards and display-style spreads. Food-Style has 2 large openings built for full pans and buffet setups. Not sure? We'll recommend based on your event.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend at least 2 weeks out. Spring and summer weekends fill fast in Tampa — especially Saturdays in May and June.
What areas do you serve?
Greater Tampa Bay — Tampa, St. Petersburg, Brandon, Palma Ceia, Ruskin, and surrounding communities. Reach out if you're unsure about your location.
